This was our first experience of building and everyone had warned us that it was bound to be a difficult time. Quite to the contrary Brian Gordon and his family at Highlander Builders made it a pain-free and extremely rewarding experience. Brian and his family really put their heart and souls into the project and treated it as if it was their own house, dedicating much more time and effort into making the project a success. The finished product met all our expectations and has been appreciated by all who have seen it. Their building knowledge, labour management and attention to detail was fantastic, such that we had the minimal hassle throughout the whole project. We were especially impressed by their ability to manage sub-contractors ensuring that the highest quality work was delivered before payments made. Their accounting was also extremely well organised, accurate and always on time. In addition, one got the feeling that any snags or changes that needed to be made to the finished product would be gladly attended to.
